Reporting directly to the International Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit across European and African countries.

Your responsibilities :

• Develop our business in Latin America for dairy, beef and goat genetics
• Support our distributors with commercial and genetics know how
• Create marketing and sales initiatives to grow the market
• Manage and be accountable for a regional budget
• Report to management on market trends, activities and results

Profil recherché

Your talent :

Graduated of a Master Degree or equivalent experience in agronomics, you are fluent in English and German.
You have 5/7 years experiences in sales functions and have a strong knowledge of breeding and genetics industry. You are profit and results oriented, pragmatic, you have financial know-how, good understanding of supply chain / logistics issues, market knowledge and a strong product knowledge. You are a team player and you have pleasure dealing with complex challenges. You are a great communicator, and are recognized for your common sense and your empathy.

Position to be filled in NOYAL SUR VILAINE – FRANCE.

Location will be studied in case of international candidates.
